TseQigongCentre_ChunYuen2

Chun Yuen Quan has its roots in the Northern Shaolin Temple and Beijing Opera. As a result it is an amazing mix of martial arts and performance movements and postures. What links these things together though, are its great benefits for the phyiscal body and internal Qi. For all the forms there are both a slow, soft version for beginners and a more dynamic version for advanced practitioners. This seminar will be an opportunity to learn more about the principles behind Chun Yuen Quan and polish the forms that you may have already begun to study.

Great Sadness Gong is a most amazing Chun Yuen Quan form that will help to increase circulation and make the lungs and heart strong. It will benefit anyone suffering from asthma, depression, too much worry or sadness. Sadness is the emotion which relates to the lungs and so this form has opening, stretching and even some jumping movements which help to release stale lung Qi.

There is both a slow, soft version for beginners and a more dynamic version for advanced practitioners.
